Electric Service Setup:
Please visit www.connect.sanmarcostx.gov to start your electric service. Service must be scheduled at least 5 business days prior to your move-in date to ensure timely activation.
Kindly provide our office with your account number before move-in as confirmation.
Important: Electricity must be active on or before your lease start date. Failure to do so will result in a $50 service fee plus any applicable usage charges being billed to your account.

Renters Insurance:
While not required, renters insurance is strongly recommended. You may enroll with any provider. We suggest eRenterPlan, which can quickly set up coverage and automatically send us proof of insurance.

Payments must be made by personal check or Cashier’s Check.
Resident Portal:
After move-in, you can register for the resident portal through our website. This allows you to view your account, pay rent online, and submit maintenance requests.
We are excited to welcome you to our community and our office hours are 1:00 PM – 5pm. 7 days a week.
